Tatu Filmes was founded in 1981 by Claudio Kahns and a group of filmmakers, and produced during this period several features and won many awards in the most important Brazilian festivals. Tatu films is currently developing and producing projects, both national and international, in traditional areas, as well as cutting-edge high-technology products for the mobile content growing market.
TatuCom was founded by Claudio Kahns and Yoel Dar in 2002, in order to supply production services to foreign commercial and production companies who like to use all the adavntages of filming in Brazil. Based on international first-hand knowledge of commercial productions, TatuCom is supplying the highest standards of production services along with a creative-production concept, and gaining a growing circle of satisfied foreign clients.
The company’s mission is to continue and supply high-quality audio-visual products in Brazil while developing its foreign relations, and to be a cultural and technological bridge between Brazil and other countries.
